Since 1986, ABLI has been a respected thought leader, providing insight and analysis on strategic issues that define and challenge Long Island and its future.  These include the cost of municipal government, need for critical infrastructure projects, the role of tax incentives and public policies that have the potential to harm our region's economic viability.
